Cracked full-stack generalists
Can take any project from zero to deployed. Without management. You own what you build. Including self led R&D. Highest comp + shares.
Actually good designers
People who make interfaces and visuals that justify aggressive pricing. Must be exceptional at boundary pushing design. Bonus points if you can code.
AI/ML engineer autists
Not prompt engineers. Actual engineers who understand transformers, fine-tuning, and deployment at scale. Can be socially inept.
Consultants
People who can sell and strategise million-dollar transformations and actually understand what they're talking about. Must be likeable and laterally thinking.

Our process
If we like your work, you could have an offer same day. No bullshit interview loops. No leetcode. No take-home tests unless we pay you for them.
If we're unsure, we might ask you to solve a real problem we're facing. We'll pay you for your time, win or lose.
Every single applicant gets a response. Even if it's no, and we'll explain why.
Please don't send a cover letter or resume, we won't read it. Send 1-3 projects you built for fun, or a good portfolio. Not client work. Things you made because you wanted to see if you could. Hardware hacks, web experiments, sales proof, custom models, mathematical proofs, design systems, a cool animation, whatever.
If your skill isn't listed above but you think it's valuable, send it anyway. We're probably wrong about what we need.
